Birthdays
Members save their birthday — the month and day, never a year — and the bot announces it on the day, in your server's time zone.
Members save their birthday from their own settings, and the bot announces it on the day. It asks for the month and day only, never a year.

For Members
It’s a birthday!
The Birthday row is on /menu › Profile › Settings. Set asks for the month — a number or a name, like 3 or March — and the day; Change edits a saved one, and leaving both blank removes it. While an admin has birthdays switched off, the row says so and cannot be set.
The announcement goes out on the day at 9:00 in the server's time zone. A birthday on 29 February is announced on 28 February in a year that has no 29th.
For Admins
Birthdays are off until an admin switches them on, and they need a channel first.
- Point the announcement at a channel under /menu › Other › Admin › Settings › Setup › Wiring: choose Birthdays — where the announcement goes.
- Switch Birthdays on under /menu › Other › Admin › Engagement, on its second page.
The day follows the server's Time zone, which is set under /menu › Other › Admin › Settings › Setup › All settings, in Server basics.
What it Costs
