Member and Channel Reports

The admin console's Stats module answers the questions an admin asks about a server: who is this, who left, who has gone quiet, which channels are dead, and who changed what. Every report reads; none of them changes anything.

Members

/menu › Other › Admin › Stats › Members holds three reports:

• Lookup — everything the bot knows about one member: when they joined, their roles, XP, money, activity and warnings.
• Churn — how many people arrived and how many left over the last few days (1 to 90; 7 if you leave it), and which accounts they were.
• Inactive — who has sent no message and spent no time in voice for the number of days you give, listing up to 100 of them (25 if you leave it).

Channels

/menu › Other › Admin › Stats › Channels holds two reports and the counters:

• Activity — messages per day in each channel and who posts in them, over a day, a week, a month, a year or everything on record. Narrow it to one channel, or list the busiest, up to 25.
• Dead — channels with no messages and no voice time in the window you pick. A channel the bot cannot measure is listed apart rather than counted as dead.
• Counters — the live counter channels; see Live Counter Channels.

Records

/menu › Other › Admin › Stats › Records holds two more:

• Admin log — every action the admin console has performed: who, when and what changed. Narrow it to one admin, to actions whose name contains a word, or to a span of dates, up to 100 at a time.
• Export — per-member, per-day messages and voice minutes for the dates you choose, as a CSV or JSON file.

What the Reports Will Not Do

They read. None of them can change a member's XP, level or money, because no control in the console can — the numbers stay comparable between servers only if nobody can type them. A member who switched off activity counting is not counted from then on, so a report shows what was recorded and nothing more.

What it Costs

Nothing. Asbern is free: every feature on this page is included in every server, and no card is needed.
