Automod that escalates

Rather than a single punishment, Asbern escalates: a first offence and a fifth are not the same thing, and the ladder is yours to set. Everything lands in the moderator channel with the reason attached.

Tickets

Members open a ticket; it becomes a private thread with the moderators. Closed tickets are kept so a repeat pattern is visible.

Verification

A gate for new joins, if you want one. Off by default - plenty of servers do not need it, and a verification wall on a small server costs more than it saves.

What gets logged

Every moderation action, every denial, every escalation step. The log is structured, so "what happened to this member" is a question with an answer rather than a scroll.
