Challenges
A daily and a weekly objective for everyone in the server, drawn from what your server actually has set up and sized to how its members play.
Challenges give every member something to aim at today and this week. They pay money and XP, and they are only ever drawn from things your server can actually do.

General › Daily
How it Works
- The General tab shows them under Your challenges: today's, and this week's, each with a progress bar and what it pays.
- Everyone in the server gets the same two objectives; how much each one asks is sized to the member. A new daily starts each day and a new weekly each Monday, and the rotation is worked out from the date, so a restart never skips or repeats one.
- They are built from what members already do: time in voice, time in voice with somebody else, hours of the day, playing and winning in the casino, and more.
- A challenge that needs something your server has not set up is never offered. A server that has not linked its own Plex is never set a watch-party challenge, and one with no counting game is never asked to count.
Sized to Your Server
A target is not a fixed number. Each challenge starts from what this server's active members really do — "the time a typical member spends in voice", say — measured from your server's own statistics. It is then scaled to your own usual pace, from a third of the server's figure to three times it, so a light member and a heavy one each get a bar they can reach, and it is held between sensible limits. Someone with no history yet starts a little below the server's typical member, and a brand-new server, with no statistics at all, gets standard targets until it has some.
- Going quiet does not make it easier. Your own pace eases off by less than 1% a day whatever you do, so a lighter week buys a lighter bar only slowly.
- Once a period starts its target is frozen, so a bar never moves under you.
What They Pay
Every challenge is rated easy, standard or hard, and pays more the harder it is:
- A daily pays $150, $250 or $400, with the same in XP.
- A weekly pays $600, $1,000 or $1,600, with 1,500, 2,500 or 4,000 XP.
An objective about the Pokémon adventure, which is free, pays XP only. Each prestige tier you hold multiplies the money, as it does every other way you earn by taking part.
A challenge never pays on a number the bot could not measure: an unknown counts as not done.
Collecting
Finished challenges are paid on their own within about five minutes. To collect at once, press the first button on the General tab: it reads Claim while something is waiting. A claim is recorded before the money moves, so nothing is ever paid twice. See Daily Claim.
The Server Goal and the Season
The same tab carries two longer aims. The server goal is one target the whole server works at for a month; when it fills, every member who genuinely contributed collects the same reward. The season runs for twelve weeks and pays members who were active in enough of them: a week counts once you have spent the stated time in voice, and the tab shows how many weeks it needs and how many you have. When a season ends, the next one starts that same Monday with the same twelve weeks and reward, so a season is always running. Both are collected the same way as a challenge.
What it Costs
Nothing. Asbern is free: every feature on this page is included in every server, and no card is needed.
