Your Bot, Your Look
Give the bot its own name, avatar, banner and bio in your server, post announcements as it, and add its icon set as server emoji.
In your server, the bot can wear your server's name and look. It takes both when it joins, and an admin can change any of it from the console, for this server only.

When it Joins
On joining, the bot names itself after your server — in a server called Night Owls it is Night Owls Manager — and takes your server's icon as its picture there. It only does this on a genuine join, never over a name or picture someone already set. If it is removed and added back, it takes back the name an admin gave it.
Name, Look and Clear
These are under /menu › Other › Admin › Settings › Bot, and each one changes this server only.
- Name — the nickname the bot shows here, up to 32 characters. It needs the Change Nickname permission. The bot's username across every server cannot be changed.
- Look — the avatar, banner and bio shown here. Images are PNG, JPEG or GIF, up to 10 MB, given as an https link; the bio is up to 190 characters. None of these need a permission.
- Clear — puts the bot back to its default look here: everything, or only the name, avatar, banner or bio. Setting them again is the only way back.
Say
Say posts your words as an announcement card headed with the server's name and icon, in a channel you pick. You must be able to post in that channel yourself. It can be held for up to 24 hours, but a held message is lost if the bot restarts before it goes. Every member sees it at once, nothing in the console can edit or delete it afterwards, and it pings whoever its words mention.
The Icon Set
/menu › Other › Admin › Settings › Icons holds the bot's rank, prestige and achievement icons.

Settings › Icons
- Icons shows how much of the set this server can hold and uploads the icons it has art for as server emoji, after a preview that counts your free emoji slots and lists every one first.
- Icons off deletes only emoji the bot itself uploaded, and lists any others with icon-set names that it left alone. A message that used one shows a broken emoji afterwards, which Discord cannot undo.
What it Costs
Nothing. Asbern is free: every feature on this page is included in every server, and no card is needed.
